This isn't a portfolio—it's a record of experiments, lessons, and a few near-misses that somehow worked out. I've spent most of my career in real estate, where every problem hides another one underneath it, and where the difference between a good strategy and a bad one usually comes down to time, attention, or judgment.

At some point, I realized I'm a problem solver by nature—though I seem to keep plenty of my own around to practice on. Every project here started from a challenge, an inefficiency, or an itch I couldn't ignore. Sometimes it was about managing scale or focus. Other times it was just about making life easier—getting time back, simplifying engagement, or finally seeing the front of my fridge again. Each one had a purpose.

I don't build for clients or for show. I build because it helps me think. I share it because the ideas might help someone else see what's possible. These aren't products, and I'm not starting a tech company. I'm a strategist who still enjoys making things work a little better than they did yesterday.

My work now centers on consulting—where strategy meets emotional intelligence and clear execution. I keep up with the edge of technology not to chase it, but to apply it meaningfully. Within everything I build, there's a bit of what keeps me balanced: my family, baseball, and real estate—roughly in that order—with a steady layer of sarcasm to keep the whole thing from taking itself too seriously.

This is just how I process the world: by fixing what doesn't fit, learning as I go, and sharing the pieces worth keeping.
